To get the most out of our guides, it is essential to carefully follow the instructions to make sure you don’t injure yourself.

The guide you pick will determine what equipment is necessary. While some of our guides do incorporate equipment, we also offer many programs that utilize bodyweight exercises only. Please read the product details carefully before purchasing to ensure your best setup.

Welcome to the club! We’re thrilled to have you here. If you’re just starting out, we recommend our Strength Guide for your first 4 week reintroduction. These guides are designed to gently introduce you to fitness, focusing on form, consistency, and steady progress. Remember, every journey begins with a single step!

The Guides are digital ebooks. Think of it as your very own personal trainer to take with you anywhere, anytime.

+ BONUS FEATURE: You will receive a hyperlink to a Notion template of your ebooks (excluding Sweat Happy At-Home). Once you click it, you can input your weights and dates so you can see your progress over the duration of your program.
