How it Started

If you’re wondering what Sweat Happy Club is all about and how it started, stick around and let me fill you in.

Picture this: Covid-19 hits and I find myself in a one-bedroom apartment, sharing space with my dad, sleeping on an air mattress in the living room while I am waiting anxiously for a soccer contract. Waking up each day in that unknown, surrounded by minimal workout gear, maintaining positivity and motivation became my daily struggle. In the midst of this uncertainty, I turned to what I knew best —fitness, wellness, and mindfulness—turning them into my lifeline during those challenging days.

Rather than facing these hurdles alone, I led Instagram lives and Zoom workouts, aiming to spread positivity and create an online community. Together, we crafted a safe space where movement collided with happiness, ultimately creating the magic of Sweat Happy Club! Shortly after, I unveiled my inaugural ebook, Sweat Happy at Home, sensing the start of something truly special.

Every day, I am fueled by the belief that I can contribute to your wellness journey through my ebooks and the Sweat Happy Club community.
