Hello there, I’m Rylee!

I’m the proud founder of Sweat Happy Club, your new go-to online fitness community that’s all about making exercise fun and accessible no matter where you are.

About me? Well, I’m a California native who’s been lucky enough to see the world with a soccer ball at my feet. As a professional athlete, I’ve scored goals in countless countries, and along the way, I’ve encountered challenges like any other athlete. The most notable, tearing my ACL. After months of grueling rehab, I’ve gained invaluable insights into what it truly takes to regain and maintain top physical form.

When I’m not training or sharing fitness tips, you’ll find me on the hunt for the best coffee shops, satisfying my taco cravings, skillfully avoiding birds (yes, they terrify me), and soaking up the sun at the beach.
